Key Idea: The unique and emotional story element that resonated with us was this idea that the nature of the relationship between human and dog is actually mutual in care giving… they teach and take care of us as much as we do them.

“Playfield – Take Care of Each Other” felt like a reinvention of an old truism that was always said in the context of two people, but we wanted to redefine what it means for the modern pet owner, flipping perspective to the dog to be a fun subversion of expectations but also a reflection of reality.

Script note (spoiler!): Plays with the idea above but leading the audience to believe that we are talking about our dogs but realize when we reveal that it’s been from the dog’s perspective all along that we’ve in fact been talking about humans all along.
